  FROM PENZANCE.  
  Take A30 out of Long Rock to the round-about, take 2 nd exit to A394 Helston, follow by-pass all the way to the next mini round-about, take the 3 rd exit sign posted Marazion. Take the 2 nd right turn into a housing estate, at the T-junction turn right follow road under the by-pass into Plain-an-Gwarry and take the 2 nd right turn. We are the farm at the bottom of the lane on the right hand side.  
  FROM HELSTON.  
  Take the A394 to Penzance road after you have gone through Resudgeon you will come to a mini round-about, take the 1 st exit left sign posted Marazion, follow road down and take the 2 nd right turn into a housing estate, at next T-junction take a right under the by-pass. Then take the 2 nd right turn in Plain-an-Gwarry. We are the farm at the end of the lane on the right hand sign.
